**Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing ad campaigns across platforms, analyzing performance data, and refining marketing strategies to drive results and improve ROI.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Ad Campaign Management**:Manage and optimize ad campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms.

**Performance Analysis**:Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, including Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

**Strategy Development**:Develop and refine marketing strategies based on data insights to drive better results and improve ROI.

**Budget Management**:Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and sales teams, to align marketing strategies and drive business results.

**Reporting**:Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, ROI, and ROAS.

**Requirements**:
2+years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role

Strong experience with ad campaign management, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads

Experience with marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics

Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights

Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Experience with other marketing automation tools, such as Spyfu, & Ahrefs
- Strong understanding of marketing funnel and customer journey
- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization

- Achieve a significant increase in conversions and revenue growth through optimized ad campaigns and marketing strategies.
- Ensure efficient use of budgets and resources, achieving a higher return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Successfully collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies and drive business results.
