Role-Specific Responsibilities

1. **Client Servicing Executive**

- Retain and renew existing clients
- Upsell services and maximize revenue
- Act as a consultant to clients, offering tailored solutions
- Ensure smooth service delivery and customer delight

2. **Sales Executive (Field or Inside Sales)**

- Generate leads and identify decision-makers
- Deliver product demos and sales presentations
- Follow up systematically to close deals
- Collect payments as per company terms
- Skills in B2B marketing, direct client interaction, and corporate sales

3. **Category Executive**

- Manage product categories to improve buyer-seller matchmaking
- Conduct primary and secondary research
- Define product attributes and improve catalogue quality
- Enhance buyer experience by optimizing platform interactions
