**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Engage in telemarketing activities to identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to promote products and services.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze data.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase technology solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with prospective clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in B2B sales or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and inside sales processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple accounts.
- Experience in business development with a focus on outbound calling strategies.
- Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to sales efforts is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per year
