At Deep Ayurveda, we are dedicated to promoting wellness through high-quality Ayurvedic products. We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic and skilled Tele Sales Executives to join our online sales operation.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and research potential business clients through various channels.
- **Outbound Calling**: Conduct cold and warm calls to prospective clients, introducing the company's products/services.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and pain points.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule meetings or demonstrations with qualified leads for the sales team.
- **Database Management**: Accurately update and maintain the CRM with all client interactions and follow-ups.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- **Market Feedback**: Gather and report on market trends, client feedback, and competitive intelligence.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and campaigns.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience in a similar B2B outbound calling or telemarketing role.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong understanding of sales processes, with the ability to identify and qualify leads effectively.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Education: Graduate

- Experience in the Healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of B2b sales
- Multilingual abilities.
