**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Telesales Executive** to drive business growth within the UK’s **B2B 2-Person Home Delivery sector**. This role focuses on generating qualified leads, creating opportunities for the Sales Director to connect with potential clients, and promoting our premium delivery services to businesses that align with our target profile.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and engage potential B2B clients through targeted research and outreach strategies.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients to create long-term opportunities.
- **Market Research**: Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth and refine sales strategies.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, communications, and lead progress in the company’s CRM system.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum **2 years of proven experience in B2B telesales** or a similar outbound sales role.
- Familiarity with logistics, transport, or delivery sectors is preferred but not essential (training provided).
- Strong knowledge of prospecting tools and online platforms like **LinkedIn** for outreach and lead generation.
- Exceptional **communication skills** (both written and spoken English) with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in **CRM software** and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
