**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to business prospects daily.
- Present and promote company products/service to decision-makers in a clear, confident manner.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales team to refine outreach strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or outbound B2B sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience selling B2B.
- Confidence in handling objections and turning “no” into “yes.”
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing products/services and markets

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
