Job Description Summary: This job is responsible for driving the sales cycle from prospecting to close, assisting SMB merchants with effective product solutions, and ensuring successful product integration and onboarding. The role involves generating leads, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and maintaining customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and tailored recommendations.

**Job Description**:
**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and drive inbound and outbound prospecting.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and drive to close.
- Respond to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and other various channels.
- Provide customers with tools and resources needed to self-onboard; confirm live-to-site and follow-up on in-flight opportunities as needed.
- Track and log all customer interactions, opportunities, outcomes, and follow-ups in Salesforce.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Additional_Responsibilities_And_Preferred_Qualifications:

- Need 5 to 6 years of Inbound Sales Experience and good at Customer Service & Merchant acquisition.
