**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and respond to daily inquiries received through IndiaMART and other B2B platforms.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into orders.
- Maintain and update product listings on IndiaMART and ensure accurate and attractive product presentation.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch team to ensure timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare daily / weekly reports of inquiries, leads, and sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence and report competitors’ activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in sales, telecalling, or online B2B portals like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work under pressure.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years in relevant field (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
