Sales Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell machinery such as grain/pulses/spices cleaning and milling systems, seed processing units, and industrial equipment.
- Identify new sales opportunities via field visits, inbound inquiries, exhibitions, and digital platforms (e.g., IndiaMART, TradeIndia).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial clients, project engineers, government bodies, and procurement departments.
- Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Participate in exhibitions, industry seminars, and on-site equipment demonstrations.
- Coordinate with production and after-sales service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in CRM tools or Excel trackers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Provide regular feedback and market intelligence to the product development and strategy team.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s/degree, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B machinery or industrial sales (agro or mechanical sector experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Hindi, and local language.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of online B2B platforms and lead management systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
