**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Client Interaction & Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues and requests.
- Provide clients with updates on project status, timelines, and deliverables.

**Project Coordination & Execution**:

- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, creative, operations) to meet client needs.
- Ensure all client requirements are documented and executed efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of services/products.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and proposals.

**Sales & Business Support**:

- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Support the sales team in acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on client feedback and market trends.

**Administrative & Reporting Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details.
- Prepare reports on client satisfaction, service performance, and feedback.
- Assist in contract renewals and follow-up on outstanding payments.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- A customer-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., advertising, media, IT, hospitality, etc.].
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
