**Role Overview**:
As a **Client Servicing Executive** at Bestow, you will be the bridge between our agency and our clients. Your role involves **managing relationships, understanding client needs, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless execution** of branding, marketing, and research strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the **primary point of contact** for clients, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
- Understand client objectives and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Work closely with **strategists, designers, and researchers** to deliver high-quality brand solutions.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to clients.
- Identify new opportunities for business growth and client satisfaction.
- Handle feedback and resolve client concerns with professionalism.
- Stay updated on **market trends, competitors, and industry innovations** to provide valuable insights.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **1-3 years** of experience in **client servicing, account management, or marketing** roles (preferably in a branding/advertising agency).
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills** to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects efficiently.
- Understanding of **branding, marketing strategies, and digital trends**.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to client needs.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, project management tools, and CRM software** is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
