SmartFish Designs, a leading advertising and branding agency based in Ahmedabad, is looking for talented Client Servicing Executives to join our creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment alongside design and advertising professionals, managing client relationships and driving project execution.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and growth.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to gather creative, exhibition, and event briefs.
- Collaborate with the creative team to translate client briefs into actionable deliverables.
- Maintain and share daily reports with the reporting manager.
- Oversee task lists, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines.
- Execute tasks within the agreed scope and ensure quality standards.
- Handle day-to-day client communications and meetings professionally.
- Address client complaints with a calm demeanor and find appropriate solutions.
- Escalate major issues to upper management when necessary.
- Prepare and update essential documents, contracts, and related paperwork.
- Identify and reach out to prospective clients, coordinating initial meetings.
- Foster and nurture growth within existing client accounts.
- Update clients on new services or changes to existing offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Prior experience in advertising, branding, or a similar field is preferred but not mandatory.
