Job Description:
Lead the installation process of solar power plants from inception to completion.

Ensure the execution aligns with client/customer requirements and industry standards.

Oversee end-to-end execution of solar projects, including and service support.

Manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks according to schedules.

Provide onsite support for site surveys, installations, and commissioning activities.

Intervene as necessary during commissioning to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Collaborate with engineering partners to address any technical challenges during the engineering process.

Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities to prevent downtime and ensure long-term reliability.

Coordinate annual shutdown maintenance activities efficiently.

Requirement:
Proven experience in solar power plant installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

Strong understanding of solar system design, installation techniques, and maintenance practices.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in monitoring equipment performance and implementing maintenance strategies.

**Salary**: ₹9,373.10 - ₹30,641.45 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service Executive in Solar: 3 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Relocate before starting work (required)
