Job Profile Overview

We are working in insurance sector and we are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join us as a “**Customer Service Executive**”. Your main goal for this role is to provide excellent customer satisfaction to the customers. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for contacting customers and responding to their complaints in a professional manner.

Job Responsibilities
- Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
- To floating inquiries and get quotations from the insurance company
- Field Visit at customer place to do meetings & other miscellaneous office works
- To be ready and enthusiastic to learn new work and take new liabilities out of your scope with a view to developing yourself in the sense of mutual benefit of you and the company
- Providing detailed information to customers.
- Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Following up with customers for renewal & fresh business proposals.
- Negotiating the terms and conditions with the customer.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
- Adhering to the company’s rules and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree from any college
- Preferable 2 or 3 years of experience working in insurance sector.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding and working knowledge of insurance product & Customer Relationship Management
- Phenomenal conflict-resolution skills.
- A customer-oriented individual.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- A quick learner and exceptional ability to make decisions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,234.83 - ₹31,241.70 per month
