**Role Overview**

The **Customer Care Executive** at Trakky plays a vital role in delivering top-notch service to our users. This position involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our platform. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer retention and brand loyalty.

- Proactively resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Support the team in achieving customer service goals and KPIs.
