Customer Care Executive

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products/services. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience with our brand. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues or escalate complex problems to appropriate teams.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
Record and maintain detailed customer interaction logs in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close any open issues.
Work closely with the team to improve customer experience and support processes.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of computer systems and software (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A positive and patient demeanor when interacting with customers.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
