**Role Overview**

As a **Customer Service Executive** at Trakky.in, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our services. You will ensure every customer has a seamless and satisfying experience with our platform.

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Collect feedback from customers to help improve our platform and services.
