**Job Title**: Customer Service & Documentation Executive - Ocean Import

**Location**: Andheri, Mumbai
**Department**: Freight Forwarding - Ocean Import

**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **customer service** for ocean import clients - queries, updates, and shipment coordination.
- Manage end-to-end **import documentation** including Bill of Entry, IGM, Arrival Notice, Delivery Order, DO release, etc.
- Coordinate with **shipping lines, overseas agents, customs brokers (CHA), transporters, and customers**.
- Ensure timely **preparation, verification, and submission** of all required shipping and customs documents.
- Track shipments and keep customers informed about cargo status.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, costs, and invoices.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate when required.
- Assist in rate coordination and support the sales/commercial team when needed.
- Ensure compliance with customs, regulatory, and company standards.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Commerce / Logistics / International Trade preferred.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in **Ocean Import Customer Service & Documentation** (Freight Forwarding mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of **import procedures, documentation, and coordination**.
- Excellent **verbal & written communication skills**.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP/logistics systems preferred.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
