Communication and Coordination with Customers, Shipping Lines, overseas as well as local Agents, etc for Ocean and Air freight Import Consignments.

Taking enquiries and mailing quotes to Customers in consultation with the concerned Salesperson.

Coordinating with the respective departments & offices within the organization to ensure smooth handling of each shipment.

Giving consistent feedback/updates to the Customer throughout the execution of each shipment.

Coordinating with local service providers as well as overseas agents and maintaining cordial relations with them.

Preparation of various MIS Reports as and when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
