**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day coordination with customers for air import shipments.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation (AWB, HAWB, IGM, Bill of Entry, etc.).
- Coordinate with airlines, customs brokers, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth shipment movement.
- Provide regular shipment updates and proactively resolve any delays or exceptions.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and respond promptly to inquiries or issues.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and support finance with documentation requirements.
- Maintain records and update systems as per company protocols.
- Support the sales team with customer queries and post-shipment service.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in air import operations/customer service in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of air import documentation and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic logistics software/systems.
- Familiarity with Mumbai/Andheri customs processes preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
