Job Title: Customer service Executive - Air Import
Loaction : Andheri
Experience - 2-5 years
Industry - Freight Forwarding
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with flight planning and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient cargo operations.
- Monitor and manage shipment queues, following up until successful delivery to the destination.
- Execute offload procedures in the system and promptly notify clients of any reschedules or actions taken.
- Respond to customer inquiries with appropriate solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Track and report cargo movements using hand-held scanners and digital tracking systems.
- Ensure shipment documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Conduct cargo inspections before dispatch or delivery, identifying and reporting any damages.
- Support other departments by compiling reports, statistics, and operational data when required.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong analytical and planning abilities
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and judgment under pressure
- Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Experience with shipment tracking and cargo queue management
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
