We are seeking dedicated and passionate Customer Service Associate to join our team at MadStays. In this role, you will specialize in educating guests about our room booking processes and services via telephone, ensuring they make informed decisions and enjoy a seamless booking experience. Your goal will be to assist guests with their reservations, provide detailed information about room options, and address any questions or concerns they may have.

**Job Role and Responsibilities -**
- Provide detailed explanations of room types, rates, and availability to prospective and current guests.
- Educate guests on the booking process, including reservation policies, payment options, and cancellation terms.
- Highlight and explain any special offers, packages, or promotions that may be of interest to guests
- Offer personalized recommendations based on guests’ preferences and needs.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with guests and internal teams to coordinate bookings and guest requests.

**Requirements and Skills -**
- High School Graduation. (Bachelors degree in any field preferred, certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus)
- 4-5 Years of proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry. (Previous experience with Hospitality or BPO industries Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Interest and passion to work in hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
