- Manage and coordinate ocean import shipments from start to finish.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for customs clearance.
- Monitor shipment schedules and provide timely updates to customers on shipment status.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners such as carriers, customs agents, and warehouse staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in ocean import logistics or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of import regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
