**Responsibilities**:
**-Utilize your B2B sales experience to prospect, identify, and target**
**potential business clients within the assigned market segment.**
**-Conduct outreach through cold calling, networking, and other lead**
**generation methods to generate new business opportunities.**
**-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,**
**understanding their challenges, goals, and requirements.**
**-Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations**
**that highlight the value and benefits of our offerings.**
**-Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals,**
**quotes, and solutions tailored to client needs.**
**-Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract**
**negotiation and closing.**
**-Utilize your sales expertise to navigate objections, address client**
**concerns, and ultimately secure new business.**
**-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities,**
**leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.**
**-Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and**
**competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth.**
**-Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to**
**represent the company and expand your network.**
**-Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, consistently**
**contributing to revenue goals.**
**Qualifications**:
**-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field**
**(Master's degree is a plus).**
**-Minimum of 1 year of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in**
**[Academic Management For Schools and Colleges].**
**-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability**
**to build rapport quickly.**
**-Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate objections and**
**challenges during the sales process.**
**-Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to exceed sales targets.**
**-Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage and**
**track sales activities.**
**-Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales**
**team.**
**-Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events.**
**-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.**
**Preferred**:
**-SASS based sales**
**-Previous experience in Sales For Schools / Colleges**
**-Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.**
