B2B Business Development Manager

The Role :
As a BDM, you will be an individual contributor responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base within Assigned Territory. This role is ideal for a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for technology and a proven track record in B2B sales. You will be pivotal in promoting our state-of-the-art SaaS CRM solutions to businesses across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet sales targets and grow our customer base in Assigned Territory.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and present customized SaaS CRM solutions.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of our CRM solutions.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree. 1-4 years experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with the Assigned Territory market and a network of business contacts is additional benefit.
