Responsibility
1. Make proactive calls to customers to gather information on RTOs and delays.
2. Inquire about the reasons for RTOs and delayed deliveries to understand and address
issues.
3. Provide customers with accurate information regarding their RTOs and delayed
deliveries.
4. Explain the return or delay processes clearly to customers, addressing any questions or
concerns they may have.
5. Maintain a professional calls, ensuring a positive customer experience.
6. Resolve customer queries and issues related to delivery delays and returns promptly.

**Qualifications**:
2. Associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business
administration, or related field preferred.
3. Experience handling customer calls - delivery issues or returns is a plus.
4. Communication: Excellent verbal Written communication skills and a clear phone
manner.
5. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and logistics software; proficiency in
MS Office

**Qualifications**:
Preferred Qualifications
1. Specific experience with NDR, RTO, and DTO processes / Fresher Preferred
2. Experience using industry-specific logistics software or systems.
3. Relevant certifications in Customer service.
4. Collaborative and effective team player.
5. Accuracy in processing and tracking
