**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **technical support** for IVR setup, routing, call flows, and call logs.
- Assist customers in configuring or modifying **IVR menus and workflows**.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support interactions and resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (tech/product) for issue escalation or customization requests.
- Train clients on best practices for IVR usage and reporting.
- Maintain **high FCR (First Contact Resolution)** by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in **technical/customer support** (preferably in telecom, cloud telephony, or software services).
- **Good understanding of IVR systems**, call flows, and basic telephony concepts.
- Strong **verbal and written communication skills**.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using support tools and CRM systems.
- A background in **technology or IT** is preferred.
