**MyOperator** is seeking a dedicated and articulate **Voice Support Executive** to join our team. As India's leading cloud communication platform, we empower over 12,000 businesses globally with seamless cloud telephony and WhatsApp solutions, including IVR, call management, and robust CRM integrations. **The Role**

You will be the primary point of contact for our diverse client base, providing exceptional phone-based assistance. Your goal will be to ensure our customers receive immediate and effective help with their cloud communication solutions, resolving technical and non-technical issues with professionalism and expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Handle inbound and outbound customer calls**, offering timely and effective technical and non-technical support.
- **Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues** related to MyOperator's products and services, such as IVR setup, call routing, and virtual numbers.
- **Guide customers** through product features and configurations, explaining complex technical concepts in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
- **Document all customer interactions** and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- **Escalate complex issues** to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Product) and follow up to ensure a timely resolution.
- **Maintain a high level of product knowledge** and stay updated on new features and services.
- **Demonstrate a professional and empathetic demeanor** during all customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in a voice-based customer or technical support role, preferably within a SaaS, Telecom, or IT company.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal communication in English is essential. Clear articulation, active listening, and a friendly phone presence are critical. Proficiency in Hindi and other regional languages is a significant advantage.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues and guide users to solutions over the phone.
- **Technical Aptitude**: A basic understanding of cloud-based software, internet connectivity, and CRM systems. Familiarity with telephony or communication platforms is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**: A genuine passion for helping customers, a commitment to delivering excellent service, and the ability to remain calm and patient during challenging interactions.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹325,000.00 per year
