Job Title: Customer Care Executive - UK Inbound Sales Process
**Job Description**:
Role Overview:
As a Customer Care Executive for our UK Inbound Sales Process, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our UK-based customers. Your primary focus will be on handling inbound sales inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and promoting our products or services to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assistance: Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution to their satisfaction while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Sales Promotion: Actively promote company products or services to customers, upselling or cross-selling where appropriate to maximize sales opportunities and meet revenue targets.
Quality Assurance: Adhere to established quality standards and sales processes to ensure consistency and excellence in customer service delivery.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to optimize sales strategies, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably in a UK inbound sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
- Proven ability to engage with customers, build rapport, and effectively handle sales inquiries and objections.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as per business requirements.
- A proactive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
**Education**:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional experience in sales, customer service, or related fields are a plus.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- UK shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
