**Job Title: Admin cum Customer Care Executive**
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for daily operations.
- Maintain and organize office files and documents, both electronic and physical.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, and manage calendars for executives.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking and invoicing.
- **Customer Care**:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, requests, and queries.
- Provide product information, pricing, and support to customers as needed.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through attentive service and communication.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
- Input and update customer information in databases and CRM systems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in analyzing customer data to identify trends and improve service.
- **Team Support**:
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in training new staff members on administrative procedures and customer service protocols.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support and/or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Prior experience with CRM software is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.55 - ₹20,000.45 per month
