**Position: Customer Care Executive**
**Location**: Smartech Connections, G-01 Suite B-79, Noida Sector-63, Uttar Pradesh - 201301
**Shift Timing**: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM
**Working Days**: 5.5 days/week
**Interview Timings**: 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM
**Salary Package**: Up to ₹50,000/month (based on experience and last drawn salary)
**Facilities**: Two-way cab service + Meals (Breakfast & Lunch)
We are hiring **Customer Care Executives** to support our **Australian customer base** through a voice-based sales process. If you are enthusiastic, have good communication skills, and are looking to grow in an international process, we’d love to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound sales calls to **Australian customers**.
- Explain products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Understand customer needs and offer the right solutions.
- Meet sales targets and maintain high call quality.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- **Skills**: Strong verbal communication (English)
- **Qualification**: Secondary, higher secondary, or higher
- **Experience**: Freshers, undergraduates, and graduates are welcome
- **Process**: International Sales (Voice) - Australian Customers
**Interview Process**:
- HR Round
- Operations Manager Round
- Shraddha. Walk-ins are welcome during the interview timings mentioned above.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
