**Job Title: Marketing Executive**

**Experience -** **1 to 3 years**

**Job Location: Navi Mumbai**

**Role Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven **Marketing Executive** who can manage, execute, and optimize marketing strategies specifically for EdTech services likedigital evaluation services, online assessment and other related service. The role involves driving awareness, lead generation, and brand positioning across B2B verticals like universities, government institutions, banks, and schools.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the UrbanSpell consultation team and Techplus leadership to execute go-to-market strategies
- Identify and research target segments such as education boards, colleges, banks, and government bodies
- Coordinate with the content/design team to develop brochures, pitch decks, case studies, and product explainers
- Assist in organizing webinars, product demos, and conference participation
- Track and report marketing performance weekly - leads generated, conversion pipeline, and engagement metrics
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure follow-ups with key leads
- Support proposal submissions and RFP responses from a marketing standpoint

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 year of experience in B2B or enterprise marketing (preferred EdTech, SaaS, or GovTech domains)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and basic CRM systems
- Ability to understand technical products and simplify them for marketing materials
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage deadlines independently
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, postgraduate, or related field

**Good to Have (Not Mandatory)**
- Prior experience working with/marketing to the Government or education sector
- Basic knowledge of AI ML, Digital Evaluation service, online assessment and automation tools.
- Understanding of tendering or public sector procurement processes
- Potential for growth into strategic roles based on performance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
