**Key responsibilities**:
1. **Marketing Strategy Development**
- Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s objectives and market positioning.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the solar industry.

2. **Lead Generation and Nurturing**:

- Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute lead nurturing programs to build relationships and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Monitor brand reputation and address any issues or feedback promptly.

1. **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and report on key marketing metrics, including campaign performance, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business goals.

1. **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed for specialized marketing projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector would be a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive content.
- Creative thinking with a passion for sustainability and renewable energy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience in measuring and interpreting marketing data.
