**Job Description**:
We are seeking talented and ambitious MBA graduates to join our team as Management Trainees. As a Marketing executive, you will:

- Developing new clients.
- Visiting the new & existing clients for new orders.
- Follow up with the client for samples, quotation & specification.
- Mailing daily reports to company directors & CEO.
- Checking Daily E-mails of clients & giving reply to the same.
- To Process purchase order, requests of the clients & unresolved issues to the designated resources.
- To identify & try to resolve customer issues along with the management team.
- To provide prompt & courteous service to the client & as well as internal team members of various related department.
- Follow up with the client for purchase orders, artwork approval, new development & inquiries.
- Follow up with the production team for timely deliveries & dispatches.
- Forwarding dispatch details to clients.
- To keep the records of action taken against any rejection issues by co-ordinating with QC department.
- Co-ordinating with pre-press department for any new development of job.
- Forwarding quotations to clients.
- To Create and maintain rate files.
- Follow up for pending jobs to be dispatched and updating the same daily.
- Maintaining the job status of each client & updating the same daily.
- Interacting the accounts department for any payment issues.
- To try and meet every client's request to avoid any problem & make customer satisfy.
- Daily visiting plant & physically identifies the status of running & pending jobs.
- To assist with special projects as assigned.
- Reporting ti the HOD all the issues of the client.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution
- Strong academic record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
