**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for both online and offline marketing services.
- Identify potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Present and promote a full suite of marketing solutions including digital services (SEO, social media, web development) and offline marketing (print, outdoor advertising, event sponsorships).
- Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure repeat business and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay current with industry trends in both digital and offline marketing.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to tailor campaigns to client needs.
- Provide detailed sales reports and client feedback to management.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in sales, with experience in both digital marketing and traditional offline marketing.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing channels including SEO, social media, and website development, as well as offline channels like print, radio, and event marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building strong client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
