Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, following up with potential clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and closing sales — all from within the office or remotely. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients via cold calling, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to create sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product/service presentations and demos.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with detailed customer interactions.
  • Follow up on leads, provide pricing, and close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to align on campaign strategies.
  • Stay up to date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role (entry-level roles can skip or make this "preferred").
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
