**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Corporate Consulting & Corporate Insurance
**Location**: Nerul, Navi Mumbai
**Experience Required**: 3-7 years in corporate consulting and corporate insurance
**Salary**: ₹25,000 (Fixed) + ₹50,000 (Variable)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients to promote consulting and insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Understand client requirements and present customised solutions to meet their needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits and meetings with corporate clients to generate leads and close deals.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements with clients.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 3-7 years of proven sales experience in corporate consulting and corporate insurance.
- **Fieldwork**: Willingness to conduct regular field visits and client meetings.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for managing leads and reporting.
- **Equipment**: Must own a laptop for work purposes.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Personality**: Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- **Work Ethic**: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- **Qualification**: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
