**Job Description**:
As a Business Development Executive at Evertiz Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our agency. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall business strategy. You'll collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional digital marketing solutions that exceed client expectations.

**Responsibilities**:
New Business Generation: Proactively identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation techniques. Create and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the agency's client base.

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges. Serve as the main point of contact and advocate for clients within the agency.

Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' digital marketing needs and challenges. Collaborate with our internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address these needs effectively.

Proposal Development: Prepare compelling and well-structured proposals and presentations that showcase our agency's services, expertise, and value proposition.

Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals by addressing objections, clarifying terms, and demonstrating the value of our services.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the digital marketing space. Leverage this knowledge to inform business development strategies.

Sales Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators related to sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue growth. Provide regular reports to senior management to demonstrate progress and identify areas for improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our marketing, creative, and technical teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to service delivery. Work together to meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Proven track record of successful business development and sales in the digital marketing or advertising industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, trends, and best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and results-driven individual with the ability to work independently.

Exceptional relationship-building skills with a client-centric mindset.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
