**About the Team**

Ninjacart aims at building the next-generation supply chain that can change the way vegetables and fruits reach our plate and improve the lives of India’s 58% workforce i.e farmers. We are forming a team of problem solvers, who can get things done and innovate our tomorrow part of the CEO’s office. As a member of the CEO’s Office Team. you will work on complex problems that affect our growth, profitability and everything in between. You all also drive new strategic initiatives

In this role, you will get an opportunity to lead a small group of problem solvers. You will be responsible for leading these projects and owning their outcomes from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include Designing, Executing, Training, Performance Tracking, Making Improvements among other things.Every day is about thinking and solving new challenges and opportunities that come our way and ensuring that we meet the high expectations and deliver business outcomes.

**Responsibility**:

- Plan and coordinate international and domestic shipments via air, sea, and land.
- Book cargo space, negotiate rates, and manage freight costs.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and customs brokers for smooth operations.
- Track shipments, provide updates, and handle delays or claims.
- Oversee customs clearance, invoicing, and billing processes.
- Coordinate warehouse storage, inventory, and distribution.
- Utilize freight software and optimize logistics efficiency.

**Requirement**:

- Postgraduate in management from Tier-1/2 B-schools is mandatory / Or same relevant or equivalent education / Diploma in Supply chain & Operations
- 0-3 years of experience in managing supply chain operations in an e-commerce/Retail or FMCG organization
- Team management experience is preferred Good in analytical skills & proficient in office tool
