Hiring for Manager - Sales (Freight Forwarding) - 4 Positions
We are seeking four highly motivated and proven Sales Managers to join a leading global freight forwarder, a network company of Global Freight Services (an affiliate of Li & Fung). This is an opportunity to drive significant revenue growth across key markets in India.
Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry.
- Domain Expertise: Must have experience and knowledge in Ocean and Air Import freight solutions.
- Track Record: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets (sales proficiency should be double or higher).
- Education: University Graduate or equivalent.
- Communication: Excellent English & Hindi spoken and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase company revenue.
- Explore and pinpoint new markets and potential clientele to achieve sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals.
- Enhance and expand net revenue from designated customer accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and partners at various levels.
- Work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of customer needs.
- Proactively follow up on sales leads and contribute to quotation creation based on account requirements.
Compensation & Location:
- Salary: CTC Lac per annum.
- Incentives: An appealing incentive scheme will be offered for successful performance.
- Locations: We are hiring one Manager for each of the following locations: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, & Chennai.
