The role ensures compliance with international trade regulations and smooth coordination between customers, carriers, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:1. Documentation & Compliance- Prepare and verify export documents such as Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading (BL), Airway Bills (AWB), Invoices, Packing Lists, SLI, COO, Certificate of Origin, etc.- Ensure documents comply with customs regulations, carrier requirements, INCO terms, and customer guidelines.- File shipping bills on portals like ICEGATE, DGFT, and CHA coordination.2. Shipment Coordination- Coordinate with CHA, carriers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customers for smooth shipment execution.- Send draft and final BL/AWB to customers for approval and release.3.
