We are looking for a highly motivated **Restaurant Executive** **(Fresher)** to join our team. The primary responsibilities include preparing food parcels for customers and managing food counter sales. This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth customer service, accurate order handling, and maintaining high operational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Parcel Preparation**: Accurately prepare food parcels for customers based on order details, ensuring correct portion sizes and packaging.
- **Food Counter Sales**: Assist at the food counter by taking customer orders, handling payments, and providing prompt, courteous service.
- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers, answer their queries, and help them with menu selections while ensuring a pleasant experience.
- **Order Accuracy**: Double-check orders to ensure the right items are packed for customers, minimizing errors in takeout or delivery orders.
- **Cash Handling**: Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate cash or card transactions.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Ensure the food counter, packaging area, and service areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of packaging supplies and report when stocks are low to ensure continuous availability.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen and service staff to coordinate order preparation and delivery, ensuring timely service.
- **Customer Feedback**: Take note of customer feedback and report to supervisors for continuous improvement of services.
- **Compliance**: Follow all safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.

**Job Requirements**:

- No prior experience is required, though any experience in food handling or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Type**: Full-time / Part-time
