We Are Hiring Quality Assurance Executive

Job Title: Quality Assurance Executive

Company: Zaitoon Group of Restaurants

Experience: 4 years to 5 years

**Salary**: ₹3,00,000 - ₹3,20,000 per annum

Location: Chennai

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in food quality.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to identify and address quality issues, and provide training and coaching as needed.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics, including customer feedback and complaints.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and consistency of ingredients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices in quality assurance and food safety.

**Requirements**:

- 4-5 years of experience in quality assurance, food safety, or a related field in the F&B industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, including FSSAI and HACCP.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and other quality management software.
