**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Monitor dining area, kitchen, and bar to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels of food, beverages, and other essentials.
- Handle reservations, large party coordination, and guest seating during peak hours.

**Team Management**:

- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate all front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Create and manage work schedules to ensure optimal coverage and labor efficiency.
- Foster a positive team culture, resolve staff conflicts, and conduct performance reviews.

**Customer Service**:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and hospitality.
- Address guest complaints or concerns professionally and effectively.
- Encourage feedback and implement improvements based on customer input.

**Financial & Strategic**:

- Manage restaurant budgets, sales targets, and cost control.
- Analyze financial data and prepare regular reports on revenue, labor, and expenses.
- Plan and execute promotions, events, and marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, POS systems, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
