**Job Description for Legal Executive**

1. Providing legal advice to clients; corresponding with them and explaining complex legal matters.

2. Liaising with fellow professionals on behalf of clients and company.

3. Drafting, vetting of all legal documents.

4. Representing court to assist the cases on behalf of clients.

5. Conducting advocacy in High Court and session Court.

6. Acting as a commissioner for oaths for swearing of legal documents.

7. Keeping up to date with changing legislation.

8. Preparing the term sheets of new and existing vendors to streamline the process of procurement of all materials.

9. Documentation of all ongoing, completed and upcoming projects.

11. Prepare the needed forms and attachments for filing with the concerned government agencies for EB and Tax.

12. Monitor the required submissions/compliances of the assigned project.

13. Coordinating with CMDA office for building approval work.

14. Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by his/her immediate superior.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
