Job Overview

We seek a Junior Legal Executive to join our team in Chennai or Tiruppur, working full-time. The ideal candidate possesses a maximum of three years of relevant legal work experience and will play a crucial role in our operations. The role requires strong expertise in court practice, arbitration, and debt recovery procedures, contributing to the efficient legal processes within our financial service offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in court practice to effectively represent our interests in various legal proceedings.
  • Experience with arbitration handling, ensuring favorable outcomes for our company in disputes.
  • Strong skills in drafting plaints and petitions, crucial for initiating legal proceedings.
  • Knowledge of handling 138 cases to tackle issues related to financial regulations.
  • Understanding of execution petitions, enabling the enforcement of court judgments efficiently.
  • Capable of managing debt recovery processes, ensuring timely recovery of owed finances.
  • Ability to collaborate with legal teams, maintaining seamless communication for case progress.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, necessary for managing legal documents.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing various legal documents such as plaints, petitions, and pleadings.
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparations and ongoing legal matters.
  • Participate in arbitration processes, advocating for the company's position.
