Job Title: Senior Legal Executive

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Chennai

About the Role:

We're looking for a legal professional with a strong corporate law and contracts law background to support our business growth. As a Senior Legal Executive, you will:

  • Advise on corporate law, compliance, and regulatory matters.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, legal notices, NDAs etc.

  • Manage litigation and dispute resolution.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • LL.B. degree from a reputable institution.

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate law, preferably in-house.

  • Strong knowledge of Indian corporate laws and regulations, contracts, arbitration, labour law etc.

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
