Job Title: Legal Executive - Real Estate Construction Industry

Job Overview:
As a Legal Executive in the Real Estate Construction Industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance, risk mitigation, and effective contract management within the dynamic and complex environment of real estate development and construction projects. You will work closely with internal teams, external legal counsel, and other stakeholders to provide legal support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Contract Review and Drafting:
Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements, including construction contracts, lease agreements, vendor contracts, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.

Ensure that contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations, and address the specific needs and risks associated with construction projects.

Legal Compliance:
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the real estate and construction industry.

Ensure that the company's operations and projects are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Risk Management:
Identify and assess legal risks associated with real estate and construction projects.

Develop strategies to mitigate legal risks and protect the company's interests.

Dispute Resolution:
Assist in the resolution of legal disputes and claims related to construction projects.

Work closely with internal teams and external counsel to represent the company's interests in legal proceedings.

Due Diligence:
Conduct legal due diligence on potential real estate acquisitions and development projects.

Provide legal support in evaluating the feasibility and risks associated with new projects.

Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and finance professionals, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of legal requirements.

Communicate legal advice and information effectively to non-legal stakeholders.

Contract Management:
Implement and maintain an efficient contract management system.

Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) with relevant legal certifications.

Proven experience as a legal executive in the real estate or construction industry.

In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, construction regulations, and contract law.

Strong negotiation and drafting skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Familiarity with zoning laws, land use regulations, and environmental laws is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
