Position - **Legal Executive**

**Job location - Chennai**

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; Juris Doctor (JD) degree preferred.
- Admission to the bar and a valid legal license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Legal Executive, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, property regulations, and contract law.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex legal documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and communicating legal advice.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and negotiation.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
