**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Baking Production**:

- Prepare, mix, and bake dough, batters, and other ingredients according to recipes.
- Operate baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters, ensuring proper settings and operation.
- Ensure that baked goods meet the company’s quality standards for flavor, texture, and appearance.
- **Recipe Adherence**:

- Follow established recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Adjust recipes as needed, based on ingredient availability or customer preferences.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect baked goods to ensure that they meet quality standards for freshness, color, and texture.
- Make adjustments to baking processes if products do not meet desired outcomes.
- **Food Safety & Cleanliness**:

- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper sanitation of equipment and surfaces.
- Handle and store ingredients properly to avoid spoilage or contamination.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor ingredient levels and report shortages to the manager.
- Assist in inventory control by keeping track of raw materials and finished goods.
- **Customer Service**:

- Assist customers with inquiries about baked products when required.
- Ensure that all items are presented attractively for sale.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other bakery staff to ensure the smooth flow of production.
- Share best practices and assist in training junior staff.
- **Time Management**:

- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare items for both daily sales and special orders in a timely manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
